Job Description Summary
We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead key controllership and financial planning activities. This role is responsible for supporting the development of the 3-Year Plan annual budget periodic forecast reports financial analysis and cash flow monitoring. The Finance Manager will ensure accuracy timeliness and reliability of financial information to support business decision-making.
This position does not carry formal process authority but plays a critical role in ensuring compliance data quality and collaboration across financial functions.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends risks and opportunities.
- Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual and multi-year budgets.
- Develop accurate financial forecasts that support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare regular financial reports for senior leadership with insights on business performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including Accounting Treasury Accounts Receivable Cost and international finance teams (France and Spain).
- Ensure alignment between financial strategies and broader business objectives.
- Collaborate with service providers and external stakeholders as needed.
Compliance Quality & Controls
- Ensure all financial activities comply with legal tax and internal corporate requirements.
- Guarantee adherence to quality procedures reporting non-conformities and ensuring team engagement in the GE Quality policy.
- Support the safety and environmental management system driving best practices within the team.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate and local standards including proper fiscal documentation (e.g. no material movement without proper invoice).
Leadership
- Serve as a behavioral role model for management practices.
- Lead team development and foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Production Engineering Technology or related fields.
- Solid experience in finance controllership FP&A or related areas.
- Advanced English Knowledge.
Technical & Behavioral Skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Teamwork communication and proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of internal quality standards and corporate procedures.
