SkillBridge Program Executive Operations Manager

This SkillBridge opportunity is designed for a transitioning U.S. Department of Defense service member seeking executive-level operations management exposure within a government contracting (GovCon) organization. You will participate in a structured hands-on training program focused on understanding how a GovCon business operates across contracts compliance finance staffing business development product delivery and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Active-duty U.S. service member approved or eligible for DoD SkillBridge
• Able to participate full-time up to 180 days
• Proir leadership operations logistics or program management experience
• Familiarity with DoD or federal agency environments
• Strong interest in executive operations program leadership or GovCon careers
• High standards of professionalism ethics and discretion

Training Focus:

During the program the participant will gain exposure to:

• GovCon Fundamentals: FAR/DFARS compliance ethics security and cleared workforce operations
• Executive Operations: Organizational structure leadership decision-making and operational oversight
• Contracts & Program Execution: Contract lifecycle management subcontracting risk and performance tracking
• Finance & Controls: Budgeting pricing models indirect rates invoicing and audit readiness
• Staffing & HR: Cleared recruiting onboarding/offboarding workforce compliance and employee engagement
• Business Development: Market analysis capture planning proposal development and customer engagement
• Product & Technology: Product-based offerings licensing models delivery and sustainment
• Marketing & Brand: GovCon marketing constraints branding recruiting marketing and industry engagement

Salary Range: $185000.00 to $260000.00
