We are seeking a highly analytical collaborative and results driven Finance Manager FP&A to support our Water Heating Business this critical role you will own financial reporting budgeting forecasting modeling and business case development for both technology and operational initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to deliver insights that guide strategic decisions drive operational excellence and enable long term business success.
This position will serve our Water Heating Division located in Roswell GA. (Hybrid - 4 days per week).
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business functions including identifying risks opportunities and performance trends.
Support month-end close activities including spend monitoring variance analysis accruals/prepaids and capital vs. operating expense classification.
Prepare recurring financial reporting packages dashboards and trend analyses for leadership; maintain accuracy and consistency across reporting processes.
Financial Modeling & Business Cases
Build complex financial models to support investment decisions multiyear planning and scenario analysis.
Lead the development of business cases for technology initiatives and capital projects including ROI assessments and postimplementation reviews.
Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives such as network optimization and cloudrelated expense planning.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization automation and enhanced analytics.
Develop executiveready presentations insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
Manage ad hoc analyses to support business performance operational needs and emerging priorities.
Leadership
Set clear expectations drive accountability and provide ongoing feedback coaching and development to team members.
Strong proficiency in complex Excel modeling and managing large datasets.
Strong analytical problemsolving and prioritization skills with high level of detail orientation and accountability.
