Job Summary
Job Title: Executive / Senior Executive - Packaging
Location : HO Bangalore
Department/Group: R&D
Position Reports to : Head - Packaging
Responsibility:
Hands-on experience in tests like PRT ESCR & Mold qualification related to all tests.
To manage development for primary secondary and tertiary Packaging of various product portfolio for all locations.
Release and maintain PM BOM Specifications/Key line drawings.
Evaluate alternate materials/format/design for savings and sustainable packaging.
Conduct trials for NPD Value engineering Quality improvement etc.
Ensure all tests and validations done by QC are as per approved SOPs/ STPs.
Guide factory team for process related improvement with respect to packaging.
Frequent Travelling for approvals (At vendor places & Wipro factories)
Work on projects related to PCR (Post Consumer Recycle) regulations.
Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Qualification in packaging and plastic engineering
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good internal and external stakeholder management skills.
