Job Summary
Design and develop scalable AI-enabled backend systems and applications
Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI LangChain etc.) into business use cases
Build and maintain backend services and APIs for AI-driven features
Contribute to development of AI-powered applications (chatbots automation tools etc.)
Guide and support junior developers ensuring code quality and best practices
Work on improving performance latency and reliability of AI systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions
Troubleshoot and debug issues in production systems
Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of assigned modules
Work with basic MLOps practices including model deployment monitoring and versioning (good to have)
Qualifications :
- B.E/ in Computer Science IT or related fields.
- 35 years of professional experience in software development with strong focus on Python-based backend development
- Hands-on experience or exposure to AI/ML/NLP or Generative AI use cases
- Experience in building and deploying APIs microservices and scalable applications
- Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs or AI services into real-world applications
- Exposure to MLOps concepts such as model deployment monitoring or lifecycle management (good to have)
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring or guiding junior team members/interns
- Experience working in Agile environments contributing to sprint-based delivery
- Ability to take ownership of modules/features and deliver with minimal supervision
- Experience in debugging performance optimization and production support
