Job Summary

. Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers

2. Process payments receipts invoices and petty cash transactions

3. Support monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

4. Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports

5. Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records

6. Support audits and ensure compliance with financial controls

7. Assist with budgeting and expenditure monitoring

8. Liaise with vendors staff and external stakeholders on accounts matters


Requirements

HND or Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field

Part-qualification or membership with a professional body (e.g. ICA Ghana ACCA) is an advantage

Minimum of 4 years experience in an accounting or finance role

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail
