Opportunity

Adobe Advertising is the premier Enterprise platform for advertisers on the worlds largest publisher networks managing billions of dollars in advertising spend.

Brands are grappling with increasing complexity of media plans rising media costs changing consumer behavior and measurement challenges while needing to do more with less. They are looking for incremental performance enhanced governance and to maximize the use of their brand data.

Working closely with the worlds top brands and agencies you will bring a principled approach to surfacing self-service capabilities for advertising such as reporting alerts insights recommendations experiments and actions. You will thoughtfully leverage cutting-edge advances in marketing science and artificial intelligence to build industry-first solutions addressing unmet and emerging needs.

  • Deliver on complex roadmaps and ambitious bets working closely with customer success design data science engineering and program management by building delightful reliable product experiences.
  • Deep dive into the APIs and capabilities of major advertising platforms to identify opportunities for incremental performance and enhanced governance.
  • Be hands-on with prototypes and data storyboards to supplement product requirements across discovery definition cross-functional alignment development distribution and monetization
  • Ensure adoption of features by partnering with customer success enablement and sales.
  • Monitoring and analyzing product usage data to inform improvements
  • Regularly communicate learning progress and plans across org: horizontal and vertical

What you need to succeed

  • Deep Experience in Digital Advertising plus 8 years in top-tier Product Management
  • Exceptionally organized detail-oriented and execution mastery: finish projects cleanly
  • Clarity in messaging speech documents and slides at varying technical and detail levels
  • Low ego and growth mindset: support and challenge team being honest direct and ethical
  • Deliver high quality artifacts and product with minimal guidance: high trust high autonomy
  • Align global cross-functional teams by pro-active communication visibility and inclusion
  • Hands-on Do-It-Yourself skills: handy with SQL Python/R building detailed prototypes
  • Masters in Business; plus Computer Science degree and/or developer work experience
