Manager oversees all human resources functions including talent acquisition performance management compliance and employee relations while aligning HR strategies with business goals. Key duties include managing recruitment maintaining compensation structures ensuring legal compliance fostering positive workplace culture and driving employee training and development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring and onboarding.
Employee Relations & Culture: Acting as a bridge between management and employees resolving disputes and maintaining a positive work environment.
Performance Management & Talent Development: Developing appraisal systems and training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensuring compliance with labor laws updating company policies and managing employee records.
Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll benefits and compensation structures.
Strategic HR Planning: Implementing HR initiatives that support company growth and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role typically requiring 5 years of experience.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws HRIS systems and best practices.
Skills: Exceptional communication leadership conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; professional certification (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP CIPD) is often preferred.
Performance Metrics
Time-to-hire reduction.
Employee satisfaction scores.
Retention rates and reduction of legal risks.
