This role is pivotal in expanding the network of channel partners and ensuring effective project promotion through these partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the companys sales network.
- Develop strategies to activate channel partners and motivate them to prioritize our real estate projects.
- Coordinate all communications and interactions with channel partners providing them with up-to-date project information sales materials and support.
- Monitor channel partner activity and performance ensuring that project targets are met.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions with channel partners to ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Foster strong lasting relationships with channel partners to enhance collaboration and drive sustained project promotion.
- Report on channel partner engagement sales figures and project pipeline to senior management.
Requirements
- Graduate Post Graduate.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales channel partner management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the Navi Mumbai real estate market and channel partner network.
- Proven ability to engage motivate and manage channel partners for high sales performance.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
