What Youll Do

As Manager Client Communication & Engagement you will be a key driver of our client engagement strategy with a primary focus on advancing our email marketing and sales enablement capabilities. You will architect and implement a sophisticated personalization strategy usingSalesforce Marketing Cloudto deliver relevant content to our financial parallel you will own the strategic roadmap for ourSeismicplatform to optimize how our sales team engages with content.

Reporting to the Director Client Communication & Engagement youll work with partners across Sales Marketing and Service to improve adoption of engagement initiatives strengthen the client journey and deliver measurable impact. You will also oversee the seamless delivery of marketing assets for our extensive portfolio ofin-person and digital events ensuring a best-in-class experience for attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Engagement Strategy

  • Lead the strategic development of our email marketing programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud focusing on the creation of personalized automated journeys for our clients.
  • Design and implement a content personalization roadmap leveraging client data insights and personas to deliver highly relevant communications that drive engagement.
  • Develop and oversee the content strategy within our sales engagement platform (Seismic) ensuring our content is discoverable relevant and effectively utilized by the sales team including the strategic use of features like Digital Sales Rooms (DSRs).
  • Partner with internal teams to align engagement strategies with broader business goals ensuring a cohesive and impactful client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to support key business outcomes such as content engagement product adoption and event attendance.

Manage Program Delivery and Event Marketing

  • Oversee the end-to-end management and delivery of high-quality marketing assets for our national portfolio ofin-person and webinar events from initial planning and promotion through to execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage the advisor communication to ensure the right audiences receive the right messages at the right time preventing audience fatigue.
  • Drive the adoption of client engagement tools and assets by Sales teams enabling easy integration into their processes.
  • Maintain impeccable standards for quality relevance and client-centricity across all communications and initiatives.

Measure and Optimize Performance

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and build reporting dashboards to measure the effectiveness of communication and engagement initiatives; share actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities and performance of our engagement platforms particularly Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Seismic.
  • Coach and support junior team members through constructive feedback and knowledge-sharing.

What You Bring

  • 57 years of experience in marketing communications with a focus on client engagement and event marketing (financial services or asset management experience is a strong advantage).
  • Proven experiencedeveloping and executingomni-channel engagement strategies with a strong emphasis on email marketing and personalization.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms specificallySalesforce Marketing Cloud including journey building segmentation and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a sales engagement platform (e.g. Seismic) with a focus on content strategy user adoption and leveraging advanced features.
  • Extensive experience managing the marketing asset lifecycle for a high volume of bothin-person and virtual/webinar eventssimultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian investment industry audiences and how to communicate effectively with advisors and investors.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear compliant messaging.
  • Comfortable working independently managing competing priorities and improving processes in a dynamic environment.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is ($77500 - $100500 ) which is determined based on skills knowledge and experience and geographic addition to base salary this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive health and well-being benefits retirement and savings plan paid time off and career development.
