About the Harvest Role
The Harvest department is the first stage of beef processing where employees work with fresh product. This area involves warm/hot temperatures exposure to moisture and a fast paced production environment

Principal Accountabilities

  • Removing hide fat membranes or defects from muscle and tissue
  • Performing production tasks in a hot fresh product environment
  • General use of knives saws hooks or other hand tools
  • Ensuring food safety cleanliness and product quality
  • Working safely around heavy equipment and moving production lines

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Legal to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Meat processing butcher or knife-handling experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
  • Ability to work in a hot humid fast paced environment
