About the Harvest Role
The Harvest department is the first stage of beef processing where employees work with fresh product. This area involves warm/hot temperatures exposure to moisture and a fast paced production environment

Principal Accountabilities
- Removing hide fat membranes or defects from muscle and tissue
- Performing production tasks in a hot fresh product environment
- General use of knives saws hooks or other hand tools
- Ensuring food safety cleanliness and product quality
- Working safely around heavy equipment and moving production lines
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Legal to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Meat processing butcher or knife-handling experience
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar settings
- Ability to work in a hot humid fast paced environment
