Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment while following directions and safety procedures
- Perform machine make-ready setup and shutdown activities
- Conduct quality inspections product identification and labeling
- Maintain waste reduction and efficiency standards
- Inspect equipment for proper operation and report issues
- Perform housekeeping cleaning and organizing tasks to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
- Ability to work any shift overtime (up to 12 hours) and some Saturdays
- Ability to lift push or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Must pass drug screen and background check
- Strong safety awareness and ability to work around moving machinery
