Role Overview

This role supports enterprise ETL platforms and production environments. The position involves monitoring systems resolving incidents and supporting data integration workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor production environments and respond to alerts and incidents.
Track incidents against SLAs and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurrence.
Support Informatica and IDMC components including cloud-based workflows.
Assist with migration of workflows from Informatica to IDMC.
Debug Informatica Spark Oracle and shell scripts. Review logs and troubleshoot issues.
Support code deployments and migrations across environments including development testing and production.
Use Unix or Linux commands and SQL for data analysis and performance tuning.
Support automation using scripting languages such as shell or Python.
Use monitoring and ticketing tools such as Splunk Datadog Jira or ServiceNow.
Review Yarn and Spark logs as part of production troubleshooting.
Configure session objects and support performance tuning for high-volume data processing.
Work with metadata-driven ETL processes and batch or job frameworks.

Additional Skills

Basic coordination and documentation skills as required

Salary Range: USD 100000 to 120000 per year
