Your new role
As Global Product Manager in Strategic Marketing you will take ownership of both an in-market product and an upcoming launch driving them from planning to execution and throughout the lifecycle management. You will apply your passion for leading products to commercial success and making a tangible impact on the market.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role within the team collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the organization as well as external customers and partners helping shape the future of our products globally.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Delivering commercial strategies and tactical plans for assigned products
  • Identifying evaluating and driving business projects for in market and launch products
  • Assessing needs for product studies and lead development of application notes
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives for in market and launch products
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive dynamics to position products effectively
  • Managing collaboration with digital marketing agencies and track performance
  • Developing digital product strategies including awareness and lead campaigns

The position is based in Køge Denmark and reports directly to the Manager of Strategic Marketing.

Additionally this role requires willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Your new department
You will be part of the Strategic Marketing team within the Sales & Marketing department. We are responsible for leading the in-market product portfolio and launching new innovative products in close collaboration with Sales Commercial Excellence and Launch Office. Our team is dedicated to setting strategic direction for our product portfolio identifying trends and opportunities in the industry collecting and analyzing data to make sound business and strategic recommendations. We work together with other departments across the organization to achieve our goals.

Your skills and qualifications
We are seeking a proactive team player with strong strategic thinking high drive and the ability to maintain focus in a dynamic environment. You thrive in collaboration and work effectively with diverse stakeholders to advance strategic priorities. Youll also bring with you:

  • A . and preferably a PhD in cell biology biochemistry biotechnology or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within life sciences pharma or bio-manufacturing
  • A solid scientific knowledge combined with deep commercial understanding
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate customer needs into compelling value propositions
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functions coupled with a solutions oriented mindset with the ability to challenge and drive change
  • Experience presenting to executive level scientific and non scientific audiences
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
