What to expect from the Operations track with focus on Quality

During the two-year program you will start in our bakery located in Horsens and undertake a second-year rotation to Norway gaining valuable experience within quality in two different bakeries taking full responsibility for a range of tasks from day one!

In your first year in Denmark you will deepen your impact by working across both Site Quality and Central Quality. Youll be right where it happens close to production and products while also shaping how we work with customers suppliers and food safety standards. From the bakery floor to strategic compliance this is your opportunity to grow your expertise take ownership and build a strong international career in quality and food safety.

On the second year in Norway you will help to ensure high standards across products processes and suppliers. You will manage product data and quality documentation support audits and inspections drive continuous improvements and collaborate closely with colleagues and external partners. From handling deviations and customer complaints to working with supplier quality risk assessments and food legislation youll contribute to safe compliant and high-quality products while helping shape smarter and more efficient quality processes.
