This is a London-based graduate programme combining structured training with real project experience.

What will you be doing (We dont expect you to be an expert yet!)

As a Graduate Technical Consultant youll be involved in:

• Supporting Financial Services clients on business regulatory and change initiatives.

• Working with consultants and clients to understand problems and shape practical solutions.

• Gaining exposure to projects involving technology data and AI.

• Helping translate business needs into clear requirements.

• Developing core consulting skills communication analysis presentation and structured problem-solving.

• Learning on the job asking questions and building confidence.

What are we looking for

Were looking for graduates keen to build a career in Financial Services consultancy and curious about how technology supports that work.

• A 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant subject such as Physics Engineering or Maths.

• Interest in Financial Services and how organisations operate.

• Curiosity about technology data and AI in a business context.

• Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication.

• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
