KRA1 | Tech Pack Updation | tech packs as and when product specs are revised or updated technical and QA points pack completion within 5 working days of design receipt |
KRA2 | Product development & Vendor alignment | running style with new vendor or develop new style with new / current vendor of right vendor. 3. Making sure vendor is known of our time lines and QA and SOP requirements follow ups of status. |
KRA3 | Sample Follow up and sample review | up and review fit wearer trial pp top gpt fpt sample submission timelines with TNA S.O.P for samples submission review and record comments comments release within 3 working days from receipt |
KRA4 | Quality Assurance | -board new vendor to meet VH quality requirements. Ensure right product and vendor source by training and continuous visit vendors in VH SOPs vendor visit and check alignment audit Audit feedback vs FI/ IL findings mapping |
KRA5 | Product Benchmarking | Study and Benchmarking. 2. Continuously pursue improvement of current product in terms of functionality performance and customer satisfaction the right competition style for benchmarking check VH styles for fit and comfort against benchmark through wearer trial process feedbacks and advise improvements in bulk |
KRA6 | Engagement with cross functions | Quality Sourcing Raw material meeting meetings for day-to-day updates gaps and discuss with concerned team for improvements. |
