About the Role:

The Manager Productivity & Strategic Assessment supports enterpriselevel planning operational efficiency and strategic evaluation across digital initiatives. The role focuses on identifying productivity opportunities assessing project and program performance and enabling leaders to make datadriven decisions that accelerate digital transformation.

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

  • Productivity & Operational Efficiency
    • Identify opportunities to improve productivity across digital workflows and teams
    • Analyze operational processes to recommend improvements resource optimizations and bottleneck removal
  • Strategic Assessment of Digital Initiatives
    • Support reviews of major digital initiatives evaluating business cases expected value readiness and alignment to enterprise priorities
    • Work with crossfunctional stakeholders (Digital Product Engineering Finance) to ensure initiatives have clear success measures and defined outcomes
  • Performance Reporting & Insights
    • Prepare and distribute performance updates and strategic summaries to leaders
  • CrossTeam Collaboration
    • Partner closely with directors senior managers and value stream leads to gather inputs and validate assumptions for planning cycles
    • Provide analytical and planning support to leadership
  • Governance & Decision Support
    • Consolidate insights and prepare materials for strategic decisionmaking forums.
    • Ensure alignment with governance expectations reporting standards and planning cadences across Digital Channel Growth & Performance.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Experience in digital transformation strategic planning or business performance roles.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into executiveready insights.
  • Comfort working in fastmoving matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
