Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through information and communication technology. This role involves developing project plans and budgets monitoring project performance reporting progress performing business analysis overseeing network infrastructure deployment developing business cases and deploying Office 365. The Project Manager will also be responsible for developing Privacy Impact Assessments and security assessments for information systems.
Location:Winnipeg Manitoba Canada
Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans and budgets.
- Monitoring project performance against tolerances.
- Reporting progress to the project steering committee.
- Performing business analysis on current and future state business processes.
- Identifying gaps and making gap recommendations to stakeholders.
- Overseeing the deployment of network infrastructure designed to support healthcare facilities and hospitals.
- Developing business cases including identification and analysis of alternative solutions.
- Developing metrics and indicators to measure expected benefits.
- Deploying Office 365 in a large organization.
- Developing Privacy Impact Assessments for information systems.
- Developing security assessments to analyze software systems for vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Evaluating associated security risks.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Valid Information Technology Service Management (ITIL) certification.
- Valid PRINCE2 Practitioner or Foundation Certification.
- 8 years experience developing project plans and budgets monitoring project performance against tolerances and reporting progress to the project steering committee.
- 5 years experience in a business analysis role performing analysis on current state and future state business processes identifying gaps and making gap recommendations to stakeholders.
- 4 years experience as a Project Manager overseeing the deployment of network infrastructure designed to support healthcare facilities and hospitals.
- 3 years experience developing business cases.
- 2 years experience deploying Office 365 in a large (>5000 users) organization.
- 2 years experience developing Privacy Impact Assessments for information systems.
- 2 years experience developing security assessments to analyze software systems for vulnerabilities potential threats associated with those vulnerabilities and evaluating associated security risks.
