Job Summary

About the role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officerto join our beautiful Lane Cove office with 60 employees on site. Working with a national administration team to support business is a full time position working Monday Friday.

Your Duties:

  • Managing Incoming telephone enquiries
  • Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services
  • Front of house duties for the office greeting clients & customers
  • Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience location and skill set
  • Ownership of site presentation cleanliness and events preparation
  • Completing site audits as required
  • Creating and updating electronic records for existing clients
  • Assisting with reporting as required
  • Other additional administration duties as required

Role requirements:

  • Administration and/or reception experience (desired but not essential)
  • Previous Health knowledge (desired but not essential)
  • Focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Exceptional communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willing to undergo a National Police Check
  • Hold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person check
