Must-Have Responsibilities:
Manage a monthly budget of over 30 lacs in lead generation.
Hands-on knowledge of running & optimizing ads on platforms like LinkedIn Meta Google Native programmatic.
Strong focus on scaling Google YouTube LinkedIn Native & programmatic ads and cross platform integration.
Explore new acquisition funnels to reduce cost per lead.
Supervise a team of 5-8 individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Lead client calls for optimization and reporting purposes.
Organizational abilities to streamline processes and manage workflow efficiently.
Liaise between intra-teams and collaborate with other verticals within the company.
Skills and Qualities :
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics.
3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles.
Team handling experience for at least 1 year.
Can thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterized by growth and change.
