We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Marketing Trade Promotion Optimization/Management.
This role is to bridges the gap between staff and senior management ensuring smooth daily operations team performance and customer satisfaction. They are not just helpers but strategic contributors who supervise train and resolve issues while supporting organizational goals.
Work location: Bangalore
Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight :
Manage daily business operations (CPG/Retail etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor inventory budgets and scheduling
Team Leadership :
Supervise staff assign tasks and evaluate performance
Train and onboard new employees
Motivate teams to achieve sales or service targets
Customer & Client Relations :
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve disputes
Maintain service quality standards
Build positive client relationships
Strategic Support :
Assist the Manager in planning and implementing business strategies
Provide input on improving efficiency and profitability
Prepare reports and track KPIs

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors equivalent advanced degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors equivalent advanced degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
Quick decision-making in high-pressure situations.
Understanding of CPG/Retail Marketing domain.
Managing schedules resources and workflows efficiently.

Skillsets :
Experience in SQL Python/R Excel.
Familiarity with ERP systems POS software or industry-specific tools.
Strong Communication - Ability to guide teams and communicate effectively across levels.
