We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager Marketing Trade Promotion Optimization/Management.
This role is to lead strategic marketing initiatives ensuring seamless execution of programs and projects across multiple channels. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise program management skills and operational excellence to drive brand growth customer engagement and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales Product Operations) to ensure integrated campaigns.
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end planning execution and delivery of marketing programs.
Establish timelines milestones and KPIs for campaigns and track progress.
Ensure resource allocation and budget adherence.
Operational Excellence
Develop frameworks for marketing governance reporting and performance measurement.
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability of marketing operations.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary liaison between marketing product and executive leadership.
Present program updates insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Team Leadership
Mentor and manage a team of marketing program managers and specialists.
Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors equivalent advanced degree in Business Marketing or related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Masters/Bachelors equivalent advanced degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field.
Proven track record of leading large-scale marketing initiatives.
Experience with marketing automation tools CRM systems and project management platforms.

Skillsets :
Experience in SQL Python/R Excel.
Experience with marketing automation tools CRM systems and project management platforms.
Strong Advanced analytical thinking organizational and communication skills.
Understanding of Statistical and Modeling concepts.
