What youll do
- Support sales growth contribute to achieving annual revenue targets and building a healthy pipeline of major new opportunities.
- Build relationships manage accurate CRM (HubSpot) data assist with client engagement and support external stakeholder connections.
- Enable strategy contribute to strategic planning market research and insights to inform business growth.
- Boost capability help develop high-quality sales materials proposals and tools that lift our sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate widely work closely across Operations Marketing and BD teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Track performance maintain accurate reporting on funnel and pipeline activity to monitor progress and performance.
What youll bring
- A proactive positive and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to grow and learn.
- 2 years in business development Operations or Marketing
- Experience working within a high-performance team.
- Hands-on CRM skills (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong communication organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking with developing sales acumen.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Teams SharePoint).
