We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Stream Manager to lead the Data and Analytics workstream within a large complex SAP and UKG migration programme. This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering the endtoend Data & Analytics strategy establishing a highperforming team and enabling trusted insights that support strategic decisionmaking and operational excellence across NZ Police.
You will bring technical depth strong programme discipline and the ability to translate complexity into clarity for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities:
Strategy & Architecture
Define and implement the Data & Analytics vision roadmap and operating model for SAP and UKG platforms.
Delivery & Stream Leadership
Oversee delivery across data migration data quality master data management (MDM) reporting/BI and advanced analytics.
Team Leadership
Build lead and mentor a team of data and reporting analysts.
Drive capability uplift and foster high performance.
Governance & Compliance
Embed robust data governance quality frameworks and compliance requirements across the programme.
Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business outcomes into actionable insights and support the adoption of selfservice analytics.
Vendor and Partner Management
Work closely with our SI partner to deliver a successful data migration strategy.

Utu ā-tau Salary
This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $155596 and $199278 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
