Play the integrated role for China BMA team in portfolio budget and performance tracking related tasks and contribute to brand portfolio and audience related insights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Play the integrated role for China BMA team in portfolio budget and performance tracking related tasks with key focus in portfolio planning
  • Drive portfolio planning and tracking by working closely with brand marketing teams and cross-functions to drive portfolio growth from audience-first demand creation demand planning and cross-segment alignment
  • Lead portfolio/ product related ad-hoc projects and drive integration across global (e.g. PMD MCCM teams) and CN (brand marketing BMA function CSM Sales RCD and Ops)
  • Support budget management and responsible for budget tracking & reporting system data accuracy new system launch by working closely with different teams
  • Lead regular brand performance tracking (CGT ACB Brand Health etc)
  • Develop integrated analysis from portfolio investment audience and brand performance perspectives and insights to enable data-driven portfolio strategic decision

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors degree or above would be preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in portfolio/assortment planning area
  • Related experience in marketing planning (and/or budget management)
  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced knowledge of MS office applications (esp. excel PowerPoint)
  • Extraordinary teammate and good cross-functional communication skills
  • Determined Proactive practical and hands-on
  • Fluent in oral and written English
