About the role

We are seeking a skilled and relationship-driven Programme Manager to lead our IT project portfolio and deliver technology-related change across the firm.

In this role you will oversee projects from planning to execution and build project delivery capability within the IT team. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of strategic programme leadership and hands-on delivery and who thrives in a collaborative high performing environment.

Key accountabilities:

Management of all IT projects including project planning governance stakeholder engagement change management and communications.
Deliver smaller projects end-to-end ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
Coach and upskill IT team members on project delivery best practise.
Asset management of employees IT resources.
Maintaining the IT contract database.
Provide people leadership of the IT Trainer and Systems Analyst fostering a culture of growth collaboration and excellence.

About you

Were looking for someone who builds strong relationships communicates with confidence and thrives in a dynamic environment. You will also bring:

4 years experience in a project management or change management roles.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
Proven stakeholder management capability.
A proactive mindset strong attention to detail and a commitment to client service.
Proactive approach and a can do attitude
Experience in a professional services environment (preferred not essential)
