Job Summary
Busy legal support provider
You would be monitoring 50-75 orders on a daily basis get updates daily from field agents and communicating that with your clients inputting all notes into our data base. Reviewing completed orders and processing them for billing. Taking calls from client on urgent rush orders. Inputting new orders to assist the data entry team.
Minimum starting pay is $18/hr or depending on experience. You will be reviewed at 90 days. Attendance and reliability are very important.
Qualifications :
This is a fast paced environment. Attention to detail is very important on sensitive legal documents. Must be highly organized have a sense of urgency and good time management.
Fast typing speeds familiar with WORD ADOBE OUTLOOK
Professional phone and email etiquette.
