Job Description:
L3Harris is seeking a subcontract analyst who will support proposals and subcontract activities within the Supply Chain organization. This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers to meet program objectives.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate proposal activities across the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Facilitate supplier quotes ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
- Audit quote data and system inputs for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate supply chain activities as part of the contract closeout process
- Evaluate subcontract costs and provide analysis to support pricing strategies
- Compose proposal documents including cost narratives and supporting documentation
- Review Bill of Material (BOM) risk and identify potential cost or schedule impacts
- Identify source of supply including items impacted by diminishing manufacturing sources (DMS)
- Support organizational metrics performance and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- High-level attention to detail and dedication to thorough documentation
- Understanding of procure-to-pay procurement processes
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency with procurement software systems preferably SAP
- Experience in the aerospace & defense industry is highly desirable
