Job Summary
We are currently seeking to appoint a Bid Coordinator to join our office in Singapore. If you have the required competencies and are passionate about working in a dynamic international architectural design practice we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications :
All candidates must have:
- Degree holder or above from a recognised university;
- 3 - 6 years of relevant working experience in the construction engineering architecture interior design or real estate-related industry;
- Good business sense with diligent numeracy skills;
- Prepare and maintain marketing collaterals (project sheets brochures) and develop custom PowerPoint decks for client presentations;
- Strategic thinking with the capacity to manage complexity and multiple stakeholders;
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines;
- Working knowledge with InDesign Illustrator Photoshop and Microsoft Office packages is highly desirable;
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
