Job Summary

  • Closely monitor Store Orders OPL/ Normal Order.
  • Keep close Liaison with Offer Management and Supplier forstock and delivery follow ups.
  • Maintain Stock holding with in Budget and assure maximum stock availability (Service Level).
  • Logistics and General Administration.
  • Assist Line Manager to monitor and ensure prompt and accurate generation of reports and facilitates immediate dissemination / distribution to concerned units.
  • Assist Line Manager to expedite procurement of Store supplies and the processing of payment requests of non trade supplies.
  • Assist Line Manager to ensure proper handling and accurate book keeping of petty cash fund.
  • Reconciliation of above mentioned reports.
  • Assist Line Manager to monitor the stores shrinkage especially the Fresh Department.
  • Assist Line Manager to prepare the Scrap Carton Report on periodic basis
  • Assists Store Manager and line manager in budget preparation and monitors actual expenditures versus budget.
  • Departments performance check on regular bases to ensure smooth operations including the following.
  • Lead and control promotions ordering and display planning regarding location for articles on promotion end-caps and promotional area quantities promotion area preparation promotion product display the day before order planning and display planning.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Intermediate with 6-8 years of experience.
