Job Summary
This is a key role in providing exemplary levels of customer service to our global customers ensuring order developments are managed efficiently in a proactive manner.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will work as part of a larger team who liaise with multiple departments across the business ensuring accurate technical quotations support customers and help convert enquiries into orders.
The role includes reviewing RFQs interpreting technical drawings selecting suitable Rotork actuators and producing precise proposals. You will collaborate closely with External Sales Engineers Contracts Service teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and correctly transferred for order fulfilment.
This role would suit a person who can build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments and has to the ability to work well under pressure.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
- Has the ability to read engineering drawings
- Has a mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent experience

- Has the ability to approach difficult scenarios with a proactive mindset and find solutions to problematic situations
- Good communication skills customer focused ability to multitask and good at executing tasks
- Good attention to detail and ability work under pressure
