Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Training (Fare Filing) to lead new hire training OJT transition and continuous capability development in the travel domain. The role requires strong ATPCO Fare Filing expertise hands on training experience and the ability to design and deliver structured learning programs that drive quality accuracy productivity and revenue Responsibilities Conduct new hire training batches for Fare Filing and provide end to end OJT handholding ensuring smooth transition from classroom to production. Evaluate trainee and associate performance to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support process updates floor readiness and training alignment. Conduct regular Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) using productivity revenue and accuracy data. Design and deliver customized training programs to address identified skill gaps. Storyboard develop and update training material including facilitator guides learner guides assessments and practice exercises. Coach trainees through classroom training and on the job learning; provide structured feedback to improve performance. Ensure training modules are updated in line with process changes airline updates and fare filing enhancements. Manage batch hygiene by monitoring attendance absenteeism and attrition and proactively motivate learners. Consistently achieve or exceed training targets related to quality throughput and certification. Maintain accurate training data and MIS for all batches conducted. Research new and effective training methodologies and implement continuous improvements in training Candidate ProfileExperience & Domain Knowledge Strong travel domain knowledge with in depth ATPCO Fare Filing experience. Minimum 5 years of training experience on Fare Filing and GDS. Proven experience in new hire training and OJT & Competencies Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans. Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent coaching feedback stakeholder management and people management skills. Strong analytical and planning & Education Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word); exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred. Graduate in any discipline. Comfortable working in rotational shifts as per business needs.
