Job Summary
Sika is seeking a Support Project Manager Intern to support our Digital Solutions Integration team.
This role is ideal for earlycareer professionals with strong analytical skills an interest in digital technologies and a desire to grow into technical project management. You will help structure project activities support requirement gathering maintain documentation and ensure smooth communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Support the Integration Project Manager in planning scheduling and coordinating digital integration projects
- Assist with Agile ceremonies technical documentation and followup tasks
- Help gather analyze and structure business and technical requirements
- Prepare meeting agendas minutes and action tracking for crossfunctional teams
- Consolidate technical updates and assist in preparing status reports
- Maintain clear structured documentation for integration and digital solution components
- Coordinate with internal and external technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Interest in digital technologies data integration APIs or cloud platforms
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into structured documentation
- Solid organizational and communication abilities
- A proactive detailoriented and servicefocused mindset
- Motivation to grow into a more technical project management role
