AECOM is seeking an Office Manager - Airport to join our team. This position is based on-site out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Requirements:
The successful candidate will report to the Program Controls & Commercial Director
To perform this role successfully the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Under general supervision plan coordinate supervise and administer administrative and secretarial support services for a medium-sized unit or group.
Develop implement and coordinate office policies procedures and programs aligned with organizational objectives.
Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation and overall performance of the office.
Plan and coordinate office moves telephone relocations and facilities modifications or renovations.
Support personnel-related and other administrative functions as required.
Track report and coordinate resolution of missing or damaged IT and office equipment.
Identify and report property and facilities issues (e.g. wall damage water leaks hygiene concerns heating issues door hardware) and submit service requests
Order and manage office supplies including health and safety equipment stationery and kitchen supplies (e.g. milk and coffee).
Oversee shared kitchen and common-area upkeep including running and emptying the dishwasher.
Manage parking registration and related logistics.
Coordinate seating arrangements and workspace assignments.
Create and maintain project-specific resumes and administrative documentation.
Perform other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree and/or 2 plus years of demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred Requirement:
Under general supervision plans coordinates supervises and administers secretarial support services for a medium-size unit or group.
Develops implements and coordinates office policies and programs consistent with group philosophy and objectives.
Is responsible for the efficient operation and performance of the unit.
Plans and/or coordinates office and telephone relocations and facilities remodeling.
May perform personnel and/or other functions as necessary.
Additional Information :
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
