Role Overview
As an Assistant Project Manager you will support the delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases. You will assist in planning coordination documentation and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist in the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct background research data collection and benchmarking to support decision-making.
- Establish and maintain effective project documentation and reporting systems.
- Support the development and updating of detailed project plans and schedules.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress and performance indicators; prepare updates and reports.
- Manage change control processes and maintain accurate change logs.
- Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with clients contractors consultants and other stakeholders.
- Attend project meetings and produce accurate and timely meeting minutes.
- Support communication flow between internal and external teams.

進捗管理レポーティング
プロジェクト進捗およびKPIの管理各種進捗レポートの作成
変更管理プロセスのサポートおよび変更履歴チェンジログの管理
ステークホルダー向けの正式な進捗報告書およびプレゼンテーション資料の作成
ステークホルダー対応
クライアント施工会社コンサルタントなど関係者との連携
プロジェクト会議への参加および正確かつタイムリーな議事録作成
社内外チーム間の円滑なコミュニケーション支援
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction project management engineering surveying and architecture or information technology.
- Qualifications in Project Management / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent knowledge and experience is welcome
- A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from project conception stage through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review.
- Design management or construction experience gained within the general construction environment.
- Experience of leading project management commissions for medium large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
- Direct experience in negotiating with regulatory agencies regarding departures from building code and construction change orders.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction industry
- Business level English and Japanese required

- 建築基準からの逸脱や工事変更チェンジオーダーに関し規制当局との折衝を行った実務経験
- 建設業界における実務経験2年以上
- 英語および日本語ともにビジネスレベル必須
