Director of Food and Beverage

What youll do

• Inspire and lead a highperforming team to craft and execute elevated dining experiences across all outlets

• Partner closely with the Executive Chef on menu development cost control pricing strategy and product success

• Drive innovation in cuisine service standards and personalized guest experiences

• Conduct ongoing training to strengthen leadership capabilities and service expertise

• Facilitate weekly team meetings to align goals communication and performance

• Select train schedule and mentor managers in alignment with hotel standards and policies

• Build and manage departmental budgets with precision and accountability
