Reports Administration Officer Hybrid
Job Summary
We are looking for two full-time fixed-term roles for 12 months with hybrid working arrangements available. We are seeking a Reports Administration Officer who can work business hours Monday to Friday.
This role will provide efficient administrative support for mi-Support transcription team primarily through the processing of Consultant Reports to enable the effective provision of independent medical assessments to IME clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Managing prioritising and following up on escalations via RPU Transcription inbox including the following.
- RPU Dictation inbox
- RPU Drafts inbox
- RPU Queries
- Drafts inbox
- Support inbox
- Processing transcribed reports within mi-Support portal as rostered
- Processing reports within Practice Manager platform
- Answering incoming phone calls
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will have:
- demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external stakeholders
- the willingness and ability to learn and adapt quickly to change
- be able to meet tight details with accurate and attention to detail
- excellent oral written and interpersonal communication skills
- demonstrate and high level regard for confidentialty and privacy
