The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced administrator to join our team at North Shore Private Hospital as a Pre-Admissions Clerk. You will be required to provide a high standard of customer service directly to our patients and work effectively as part of a team to perform all administrative duties within the Main Reception and Admissions Department. This will include using Meditech Software to manage and entre all required pre-admission information for patients and implementing data protocols. You will be provided training for this role.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role you will be a proactive professional with a high level of attention to detail and the capability to effectively manage your time throughout the day without supervision. You will be committed to quality improvement and ideally have experience as a medical receptionist/admission clerk.
These are high pressured departments and requires someone who has had experience with multiple patient management systems and can be implemented in a number of different areas within the department to cover periods of leave and/or absence. You will also have the following:

On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $33.92 superannuation based on experience level and qualifications exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Grade 4 Year 1).
