Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Manager Childrens Therapeutic Assessment Home
Location: Salisbury
Salary: 60000 per annum 12000 Welcome Bonus
Working Hour: 37.5 hours per week
Service: Childrens Home Therapeutic Assessment Service
Service Users: YPs aged 717 with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce; QCF Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willing to work towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in senior leadership / Registered Manager role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a brand-new childrens therapeutic assessment home. This role is ideal for someone who:
Has experience working alongside clinical and therapeutic teams
Can create a safe nurturing and structured environment for young people
Is confident in opening and registering a new service with Ofsted
Leads with empathy professionalism and strong safeguarding values
Is committed to delivering outstanding outcomes for children and young people

You will be joining a specialist provider of therapeutic residential care operating structured assessment homes that focus on stabilisation emotional regulation and long-term positive outcomes for young people.
