Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative at Panno Realty plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to clients throughout the sales or leasing process. This individual will be responsible for handling inquiries offering property information and ensuring a seamless experience for clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via calls emails and live chats providing on available properties and services.
  • Property Information: Assist clients with detailed information about properties for sale rent or lease.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients and agents.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in general administrative tasks and maintain client records efficiently.
  • Marketing & Promotions: Support in promoting property listings and sending out newsletters to clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with agents to ensure effective communication and follow-up on leads.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in real estate or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism patience and empathy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or real estate management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
