Were hiring a full-term Customer Service Representative at QP Group. Pay starts at 22 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Process orders returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records by updating information as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Desired Experience:

  • 2-7 of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Experience with order processing and CRM systems.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $22 to $26 per hour. Employees are eligible for benefits including health insurance paid time off and retirement plans.
