Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative at Ascendant Insurance Solutions will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for clients handling inquiries related to their policies managing account updates and offering comprehensive support to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries regarding policy coverage premiums and claims.
- Assist clients in updating personal details adding coverage or adjusting as needed.
- Process claims and guide clients through the claim submission process.
- Address and resolve client concerns while delivering top-notch customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with agents underwriters and other teams to effectively resolve customer issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1- years of customer service experience preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Knowledge of insurance products and terminology is a plus.
