We are currently hiring a full-time Billing Specialist at QP Group with pay starting at $25.79 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Handle billing inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Process payment transactions and update client records
- Assist in month-end financial closing activities
- Generate financial reports related to billing and accounts receivable
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of billing principles and procedures
Desired Experience:
- 1-7 years of experience in billing or related field
- Experience working in a procurement or supply chain environment is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $25.79 per hour
- Maximum Salary: $30.5 per hour
