Job Summary

Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator supports a wide range of HR functions to ensure efficient accurate service for employees and internal partners. This role helps maintain strong organizational capabilities by delivering timely information upholding EST values and keeping the companys mission and customer focus at the forefront.


Essential Functions

  • Demonstrates EST values and a strong customerservice mindset.

  • Serves as a primary HR contact responding to employee questions and requests.

  • Develops a working knowledge of EST HR processes systems and organizational structure.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.

  • Performs routine HR administration in accordance with SOPs including onboarding offboarding benefits compensation leave tracking performance processes safety reporting and employee engagement activities.

  • Updates audits and maintains accurate digital employee records across multiple HR systems.

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Training teams as needed.

  • Assists with employee communications and companywide announcements.

  • Supports planning and coordination of company events (annual events team lunches etc.).

  • Helps ensure HR compliance by monitoring regulatory changes and completing assigned tasks.

  • Manages the EST uniform store including inventory ordering employee requests and recordkeeping.

  • Identifies and recommends process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Human Resources preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • SHRMCP or HRCIPHR certification preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience including HRIS administration employee records compliance support onboarding benefits performance processes and employee communications.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel and HRIS experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism tact and integrity.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

  • Teamoriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized detailoriented proactive and resultsdriven; comfortable taking initiative and learning new tasks.

  • Experience with social media platforms is a plus.

  • Industrial or mechanical product knowledge is a plus.

  • Proficiency in English required.

  • Valid drivers license with an excellent driving record.


Physical Demands

  • Ability to perform complex work requiring sustained mental focus and problemsolving.

  • Extended periods of sitting and computer use.

  • Occasional exposure to industrial materials or equipment.

  • Ability to lift 1530 lbs. periodically.
