The Office Data Coordinator supports daily administrative and data operations by organizing maintaining and reviewing office and operational records. This role ensures information is accurate properly documented and easily accessible to support smooth office workflows and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain accurate data in internal systems and databases
Review records for accuracy completeness and consistency
Organize electronic and physical files according to office procedures
Assist with preparing routine reports and summaries
Coordinate with team members to collect and verify required information
Track documentation and ensure timely updates
Perform basic data audits and resolve discrepancies
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines
Provide administrative data support to office and operations teams
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous administrative or office data experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar office software
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
