ポジション概要
ディレクターコーポレートディベロップメントストラテジー日本は日本国内における戦略的成長イニシアチブの策定実行を担う重要な役割です買収ジョイントベンチャー戦略的パートナーシップなど新たなビジネス機会を特定評価推進しオーチスジャパンの長期的な成長を支えますこのポジションはAPACのコーポレートディベロップメントストラテジー担当VPにレポートしシニアリーダーシップやクロスファンクショナルチームと連携しながらM&Aのライフサイクル全体をリードします
主な職務内容
- 戦略的機会買収合併JVなどの分析評価提案
- M&Aプロジェクトの全工程市場分析事業計画デューデリジェンス交渉を推進
- 統合戦略の策定実行進捗モニタリング
- 業界動向市場インサイトの収集分析
- 地域グローバルのビジネスディベロップメントチームとの連携
応募資格
- ビジネス関連の開発経験10年以上M&A実務経験必須
- バリュエーションモデル構築デューデリジェンス交渉の実務経験
- 日本市場での取引事業提携経験中小企業大企業JV含む
- 日本語英語での高いコミュニケーション能力
- 工学マーケティング財務または関連分野の学士号修士号歓迎
- エレベーターエスカレーターまたは建設業界経験があれば尚可
