創薬研究より見出される新薬候補化合物の有効性安全性を最大限に高めかつ患者さんにとって服用しやすいカタチへ仕上げていくためには製剤化する技術が不可欠です治療モダリティの多様化に伴い必要とされる製剤技術や投与ルートも多様化する中で我々は最適な技術と剤形の選択により候補化合物の課題を解決し患者さんのQOL利便性向上を目指して研究開発を行っています前臨床段階から臨床試験薬事申請製品上市まで開発プログラムに参画しグローバルおよびローカルの関係部門と連携しながら製品設計プロセス開発治験薬製造スケールアップ技術移管薬事申請などを行います

職務内容

• 無菌製剤注射剤等に関する処方設計及び製造プロセスの開発
• 自社のGMP設備での試作治験薬製造
• 製剤担当者として製剤開発の方針予算タイムライン調整などをグローバルの開発部門と連携して行う
• 治験及び申請ドキュメントの作成
• 製造開発委託先のマネジメントや治験薬製造供給業務
• 後期開発品のスケールアップ検討および国内海外製造サイトへの技術移管

応募要件

学歴

• 理系大学卒以上理系大学院修士卒以上が望ましい

実務経験

必須要件

• 3年以上の無菌製剤注射剤等の製剤設計もしくは工業化業務経験

望ましい要件

• 無菌製剤の治験薬及び商用品製造経験
• 治験申請(IND/IMPD) もしくは承認申請NDA/BLAにおけるCMCドキュメント作成及び照会事項対応経験

語学

• グローバルでコミュニケーションをとれるレベルの英語力

その他

• 海外出張に対応できる方が望ましい
