At Rocket Digital we are looking for a Creative Director focused on Paid Media to lead the creative vision of our performance campaigns ensuring creative excellence efficient execution and strong project management from end to end.
This role is key to connecting strategy creativity and results working cross-functionally with Paid Media Strategy Studio and Production teams.
The role
We are looking for a Creative Director focused on Paid Media with a strategic performance-driven mindset and strong leadership skills. This person will be responsible for leading the development of high-impact creative assets for paid campaigns while ensuring flawless project execution on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
You will oversee the creative process from briefing to final delivery managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring that all creative outputs are optimized for performance.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction of Paid Media campaigns across platforms (Meta TikTok Google etc.).
- Define and validate creative concepts scripts copies formats and adaptations for different channels and audiences.
- Own the end-to-end management of creative projects from briefing to final delivery.
- Translate strategic and performance briefs into actionable creative proposals.
- Work closely with Paid Media Strategy Data and Analytics teams to optimize creatives based on performance insights.
- Manage timelines priorities and resources across internal creative teams and external collaborators.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams: designers copywriters motion designers producers freelancers and vendors.
- Supervise graphic and audiovisual production processes (shootings editing post-production).
- Ensure proper organization and delivery of assets versions and adaptations.
- Present and defend creative ideas internally and to clients when required.
- Identify creative opportunities trends and innovations applicable to Paid Media.
- Oversee creative and production budgets including freelancer hiring and cost control.
- Ensure high creative standards while maintaining operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Native or fluent Spanish; fluent English (Catalan is a plus).
- Proven experience in creative direction applied to Paid Media.
- Strong background in creative project management within agency environments.
- Solid knowledge of Paid Media platforms and formats (Meta TikTok Google etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional and performance-driven teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to present sell and defend creative ideas.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to iterate creatives based on performance insights.
- Leadership skills clear communication and conflict management capabilities.
- Experience managing creative and production budgets.
Nice to have
- Strong passion for performance-driven creativity.
- 35 years of experience in creative agencies performance agencies or similar environments.
- Experience leading creative teams.
- Knowledge of ecommerce ecosystems (Shopify) and full-funnel strategies.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Strong balance between creative vision and business mindset.
