We are seeking a Social Media and Influencer Collaboration Specialist to take the lead in developing and executing our digital strategy amplifying our presence in the competitive Spanish cosmetics market.

Your Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and coordinate our social media platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok and Pinterest to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Develop and publish original high-quality content tailored to our target audience aligned with our brand identity and objectives.
Build nurture and manage relationships with bloggers influencers and brand ambassadors ensuring impactful collaborations.
Design and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with influencers and ambassadors to drive awareness and sales.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics providing actionable insights and regular reports to improve results.
Stay informed about the latest trends in social media and influencer marketing implementing innovative ideas to keep us ahead in the industry.

What Were Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years in social media management preferably in the cosmetics or beauty sector.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Spanish influencer landscape and cultural nuances of the market.
Language Skills: Advanced English (B2 minimum) and proficiency in Spanish (C1 preferred) to effectively engage with local audiences.
Creative Talent: Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to various platforms.
Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns including engagement metrics and creative examples.
